services will be organized from 23 – 26 June 2010.

Badges
All participants and accompanying persons will receive a personal badge upon registration. You are kindly requested to wear your name badge when attending any scientific session or social gathering. The change for replacement of lost badges will be 20,00 EUR.
Certificate of Attendance
Certificate of Attendance will be available on the registration desk.
Message desk
At the message desk participant can leave or collect message. The message desk is located in the registration area and is open during registration hours.

Insurance
In registration for the Congress, participants agree that neither the organizing committee nor the congress organizers assume any liability whatsoever. Participants are requested to make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance. The participant acknowledges, by registration, that he/she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organisers in the event of cancellation due to unexpected events / force majeur or changes to programme due to any reason.
Refreshments
Coffee breaks (as per program) are included in the registration fee. They will be served at congress center level and in the exhibition areas.

SCIENTIFIC INFORMATION
Speaker ready rooms and PowerPoint presentations
Equipment to enable a final check of your PowerPoint presentation is available at the Speaker Ready Room close at the Congress hall level.
Speaker ready Room – working hours – to be advised
Only PowerPoint presentations will be accepted. To ensure that the presentations are well prepared, we strongly advise you to bring your presentation AT LEAST 4 HOURS before the start of your presentation (FOR MORNING PRESENTATION DAY BEFORE) on CD – Rom, DVD or USB memory stick. You may also bring your own laptop (just for copying your presentation into the network). The use of your own laptop during your presentation is prohibited.
