Information:
International postgraduate course on gynecological endoscopy will take place at Department for Gynecology and Obstetrics, General Hospital Zabok, 21.-25.11.2011. The course is for specialists and residents of Ob/Gyn, anesthesiology, urology and general practice.
The participants will take part in lectures, live surgery, they will be assisting the operations, and hands on sessions will be organized.
The course covers all topics in basic gynecological endoscopy, but it also brings advanced topics, like urogynecology and oncology.
Participants will be educated to independently perform endoscopic procedures in gynecology, like diagnostic hysteroscopy, laparoscopy and ahdhaesiolysis, laparoscopic treatment of benign adnexal masses, hysteroscopic treatment of endometrial changes and submucous fibromas.
The exam will take place after the course in oral, written and practical form. The participants will get a certificate of attendance.
Croatian Medical Chamber will accredit the course.
